An AIE‐active probe for efficient detection and high‐throughput identification of outer membrane vesicles

چکیده
Rapid detection and quantification of outer membrane vesicle (OMV) are both scientific value clinical implications. However, limited tools available for investigations OMVs. Herein, we report a novel fluorescent probe with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics, namely, OEO-TPE-MEM (OTM), OMV detection. OTM emits faintly in an aqueous medium, but its fluorescence could be effectively turned on upon interacting bacteria bodies OMVs produced by Gram-negative bacteria. Notably, provide quantitative information bacterial remodeling secretion applied to high-throughput screening OMV-inducing agents. This study presents powerful AIE imaging analysis envelop derived OMVs, which might evaluating research antimicrobial materials future studies.

Identification of Outer Membrane Vesicles Derived from Orientia tsutsugamushi
Orientia tsutsugamushi, a causative pathogen of Scrub typhus, is a gram-negative intracellular bacterium. Outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) are produced from the membrane of bacteria and play many roles related to the survival of the pathogen. However, there have been no reports confirming whether O. tsutsugamushi indeed produce OMVs. O. tsutsugamushi boryong was cultured in ECV-304 cells for the ...
متن کاملdevelopment and implementation of an optimized control strategy for induction machine in an electric vehicle
in the area of automotive engineering there is a tendency to more electrification of power train. in this work control of an induction machine for the application of electric vehicle is investigated. through the changing operating point of the machine, adapting the rotor magnetization current seems to be useful to increase the machines efficiency. in the literature there are many approaches wh...
15 صفحه اولImmunogenicity of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli outer membrane vesicles encapsulated in chitosan nanoparticles
Objective(s): Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) is an important cause of diarrheal disease in humans, particularly in children under 5 years and travelers in developing countries. To our knowledge, no vaccine is licensed yet to protect against ETEC infection. Like many Gram-negative pathogens, ETEC can secrete outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). These structures contain various immunogenic vi...
متن کاملBacterial Outer Membrane Vesicles and Vaccine Applications
Vaccines based on outer membrane vesicles (OMV) were developed more than 20 years ago against Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B. These nano-sized structures exhibit remarkable potential for immunomodulation of immune responses and delivery of meningococcal antigens or unrelated antigens incorporated into the vesicle structure. This paper reviews different applications in OMV Research and Devel...
